    [Perth] John Hughes VW servicing

    Hey Guys,

    I'm after some feedback on the service department for JH, my Jetta TDI is up for it's first service and though i get some feedback from people

    How was the prices charged at JH and how do you think the service was?

    We've had our Jetta TFSI serviced there since new (4.5 yrs ago) and apart from early encounters with a non helpful service consultant (who is no longer there) they have been very good, pricing is average for dealer servicing (when comparing it to those servicing sites) and when there was extended warranty repairs they provided a complimentary loan car, otherwise it's $30 which is reasonable!

    good to know that they are good and that crappy service is no longer there XD

    BTW the loan car do they give you a VW? or some crappy Hyundai? would feel strange driving a cheap car

    Given that JH is now the Geely distributor it'll probably be a crappy Chinese car.

    Most of the time a Golf 90TSI, had a 118TSi once and a Jetta 147TSI

    I'll sue them if i get injured in a accident in a Geely even Hyundai look better and feel safer than a Geely....

    Found JH very good for service, average for costs. Generally they've given me a 2l TDI as a loan car. They say there is a charge for it but every time they end up giving it to me for free - I think its part of the way they market themselves

    good to hear that they are treating there customers well

    i was very happy with their levels of service when i bought my car and i thought that they would be good to go back to for my service good to see they give out good cars =D
